The International Property Tax Institute offers two types of membership categories:
(a) for the industry professional

(b) for an organization or corporation actively involved with municipal assessment and/or property taxation.

Membership Benefits

Along with reduced rates at all IPTI events, all IPTI members have access to: Information through IPTI’s global community and information insights, including

• IPTI Xtracts—selected articles about property tax and assessment issues from countries around the world
• IPTI’s President’s Message, containing a range of topical information and insights
• A monthly report on recent property tax developments in Europe and North America
• Access to and participation in facilitated IPTI discussions
• Access to selected IPTI research papers and published articles

Visibility

Through live conferences, virtual events and programs which will increase awareness and understanding of recent developments and the current property tax environment

Additionally, each Professional Member or Organization/Corporate Designate will receive:

• The Journal of Property Tax Assessment & Administration, an international journal for research in property tax and assessment, published in partnership with the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO)
• Selected IPTI webinar recordings
• Direct access to IPTI’s leadership team
• Priority in making presentations at IPTI events
• Opportunities to network and develop professional relationships with international peers
• Opportunities to influence the future direction and activities of IPTI

Will include 3 individuals of an organization / corporation involved with municipal assessment and property taxation (i.e. government organizations, assessment agencies, corporations (owners and occupiers), academic institutions, and other professional organizations).

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
